How it all started...
We started as a rural church over 125 years ago. Blue Ridge was originally part of the Christian Union denomination but transitioned to a non-denominational church in the early 2000's. We currently meet in the small community of Blue Ridge which is located between Bethany and Gilman City Missouri.
Expanding the vision...
While we continue to be located in an area between multiple small towns our desire is to serve our communities and make the greatness of God known in our local communities, our region and around the world.
Where we are headed...
We seek to see each person who attends Blue Ridge be personally transformed through their relationship with Christ. As part of this internal transformation we believe there should be an external expression of our relationship with Christ. As such, we seek to serve locally and globally for the sake of the Kingdom of Heaven. We encourage each person to find ways to serve others personally as well as join us on this mission. We do this through local projects, partnering with like minded ministries in NW Missouri. We also know we are called to take the Gospel around the world and we do this through strategic partnerships with organizations who are serving domestically as well as internationally.
